Idaho Supervision
I am a Registered Supervisor in Idaho providing post-graduate supervision for those seeking licensure as LPC’s and MFT’s. I aim to develop capable and ethical professionals. It is my responsibility to insure developing pre-licensed professionals are current with laws and rules governing practice in Idaho, ACA and AAMFT Code of Ethics are fostered to develop professionals with appropriate experience and ethical decision making.

AAMFT Supervisor Candidate
As an AAMFT Supervisor Candidate, I have dedicated my professional development to strive for the highest level of systemic supervision training available. Our MFT profession prides itself on relational mentorship throughout the developmental stages of our career and I work closely with an AAMFT Approved Supervisor Mentor.
I supervise post-graduate trainees who are seeking AAMFT Clinical Membership and/or MFT, LPC & Social Work Licensure in accordance with their relevant state/provincial regulatory boards.

Professional Development & Consultation
Supporting other professionals striving to deepen their work with relational and systemic approaches is a deep passion of mine. I want to support and guide professionals feeling overwhelmed and/or frustrated by relational dynamics of their clients so they feel invigorated and confident with their purposes & practices. Embracing clients relational struggles versus pathologizing, connecting and empathic ultimately reducing professional fatigue and dismay.
I offer professional development for Licensed Professionals, Paraprofessionals, and Leaders seeking to grow in their work with relational models as well as developing their practice areas. Together, we identify areas of growth and set deliberate skill development in those areas.
